YoungMinds - produce a range of easy-to-read publications about young peoples mental health and wellbeing. they also provide a vital source of trustworthy online information for young people and parents, where they can share their experiences and support each other. 
 
Action for children - Has lots of tips to help you spot signs of mental health issues in children and advice on the action you can take to help. 
 
Childline is free, confidential and available any time, day or night. young people can talk on the phone, by email or through 1-2-1 counsellor chat. Whatever feels best for them. Online support is also available on Facebook, Youtube and Instagram so young people can share ideas or get tips about lots of different issues, including anxiety and low mood problems.
