We offer an extended hours Practice Nurse Clinic on Tuesday and Thursday mornings 07:30 to 08:00. These appointments must be pre-booked after confirmation with Practice Nurse.

Patients registered with our practice are able to book evening and weekend GP appointments at one of our "Extended Hour Hubs".

The hubs are based at:

• Littleborough Health Centre, OL15 8HF
• Middleton Health Centre, M24 4EL
• Phoenix Centre, Heywood, OL10 1LR
• Rochdale Infirmary, OL12 0NB.

The opening times are:

• Monday to Friday 18:30 – 21:00
• Saturdays and Bank Holidays 08:00 – 18:00
• Sundays 10:00 – 13:00.

There are also nurse appointments available on Saturdays. To book these appointments patients can contact their own GP or call 0161 763 8292.
